Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a CNA at Spring Creek Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding patients
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a long‑term care setting preferred
