Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive pulmonary care in post-acute settings in Murray, KY. This part-time, contract role offers up to $70K annually, working two days a week.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments in post-acute settings.
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for pulmonary conditions.
- Educate patients and staff on respiratory care and management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve respiratory outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
- Active licensure.
- NCCPA certification (for PAs).
- At least 6 months of post-acute care experience (training provided).
- BLS certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- AI-assisted documentation.
- Census planning support.
