• Up to $20,000 sign‑on incentive and up to $10,000 each year (incentive value dependent on full‑time equivalent, position and location).

We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join us at Urana, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and partner with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care in a dynamic rural setting.

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• Exceptional Patient Care:
  Aligning to policy and working within scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that meet patient needs and goals.
• Critical Thinking:
  Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
• Communication and Teamwork:
  Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.

• Up to 12 weeks accommodation support, for successful candidates, if available and within policy requirements.
