Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor 3p-11p Mon-Thurs

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Spring Creek Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing team while providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes.

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure quality patient care and staff development
• Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and treatment plans
• Monitor and report patient status to the Charge Nurse and other members of the healthcare team
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, treatment plans, and staff performance
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a nursing supervisory role
