Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a CNA at Spring Creek Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding patients.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Competitive pay rates.
- New Pay Scale.
- Commitment Bonus:
Quarterly $750 Bonus over 3 years to equal $9,000 for Fulltime.
