The nursing assistant performs nursing procedures and patient care tasks. Works under the direction of the unit director, unit coordinator, staff nurse and/or licensed practical nurse.
Minimum
Work Experience:
Previous hospital experience preferred but not required.
Minimum Education:
High school graduate required. Successful completion of nursing assistant course or the equivalent preferred but not required.
Required Skills:
BLS certification maintained.
Screening Requirements:
Drug Screen, Tuberculosis Test, Background Check, Physical Exam, Respirator Fit.
