Registered Nurse-Hospice House-PRN

This RN works u nder the direction of the Hospice Director and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing process. Shares responsibility for individual patients or an entire patient population.

Required Licenses and

Certifications:

• Registered with Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact states if you are an RN
• CPR certification required
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Prior experience in clinical setting is preferred.

Screening Requirements:

• Drug Screen
• Tuberculosis Test
• Physical Exam
• Respirator Fit
• Current Flu Shot
