As a Nurse Supervisor at Spring Creek Rehab, you will play a critical role in shaping the healthcare experience of our patients. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the supervision of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of patient care. As a dynamic and compassionate leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and programs to drive exceptional patient outcomes.

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff
  , providing individualized support and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs
  , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations
  , identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance patient care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
  , collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records
  , documenting patient care and progress, as well as reporting any concerns or issues to the Director of Nursing.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Valid nursing licensure
