Our cuisine is meant to reflect the region: authentic, seasonal, and rooted in culinary craftsmanship, complemented by Neo-Eurasian influences.
We seek creative interpretations of regional classics, modern country-style cuisine, fresh and light dishes, and a contemporary culture of enjoyment that prioritizes quality and authenticity.

Your future role

Preparation of varied lunch menus using regional and fresh ingredients

Participation in event catering, including finger food, flying desserts and barbecue events

Occasionally offering fine dining with multi-course menus at the level of Michelin-starred cuisine

Production of sauces & soups (according to recipe)

Production of dressings & personal responsibility for the salad buffet

Compliance with and working under the given HACCP standards

Optimal preparation of ingredients & control of goods delivery

What you bring to the team

Completed training as a chef (m/f/x)

Passion for the art of cookery

Knowledge in the application of hygiene regulations

Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Sense of responsibility
