Job Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage and organize inventory efficiently during early morning shifts. The role requires standing, walking, and handling inventory items, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
  • Count and record inventory with precision.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals; celebrate when goals are exceeded.

  • Support continuous improvement of people, technology, and processes.
Team Requirements (Qualifications)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse roles is a plus.
  • No inventory experience required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
  • Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • We encourage applications from candidates without a degree, with no experience or returning to the workforce, with military experience, and who have reliable transportation.
Working Conditions

This position requires prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive use of hands and wrists. Employees will perform tasks such as squatting, kneeling, crouching, and using ladders. Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. is common. Occasional travel by car and possibly by plane, including overnight stays, may be required.
