Part‑Time Store Associate – Fashion Place, Murray, UT

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Part‑Time Store Associate to deliver a best‑in‑class retail experience. You will work with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to help our customers live their passion, blending online and in‑store shopping.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody our culture and values, guiding customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines so the store is easy to shop and enhances the customer’s journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to improve the business.
• Meet and exceed performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Achieve personal sales and sales goals.
• Adhere to all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as needed (boxes weigh 10–30 lb).

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated and an effective communicator.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexible work hours; open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability for constant moving, standing, reaching, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or climbing ladders.
