Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives, with premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, seasonal associates are prepared to meet increased demand. Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
