Overview
OPC Pest Services is rapidly expanding across the West Kentucky service area. We offer no pest control experience necessary; we train you for success. This is full‑time employment all year round in a stress‑free work environment.

Benefits- Competitive hourly compensation – earn between $40,000 and $60,000 base wage annually with uncapped sales commissions

- Deliver high‑quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters
- Seek opportunities for customer base growth
- Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services
- Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements
- Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary

- Must be at least 18 years old; no experience in pest control necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred: experience in home services industry (but not required)
- Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions
