Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and building pneumatics;
Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across commercial and industrial systems;
Implements and monitors preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtimes;
Manages rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and supermarket refrigeration units, ensuring optimal performance;
Leads HVAC/R field teams by coordinating work assignments and mentoring less-experienced Technicians.
