North American Management is offering the opportunity to be the accountant for its growing team. This role is ideal for a strong accounting professional who wants to be hands-on in a dynamic company with a strong growth strategy. The accountant will work directly with the Controller to manage the day-to-day accounting operations and support the month-end closing process.

This is a hands-on position with a high level of responsibility. The accountant will be expected to take ownership of key accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job cost reports, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate is eager to lead the transactional side of the accounting function. The accountant will play a key role in improving accounting processes and will have the opportunity to expand into broader financial operations and leadership responsibilities over time.

• Is looking to transition out of public accounting
• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience
