Logistics AP​/AR Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage financial transactions, ensure timely billing and collections, and keep our books clean and accurate. Experience in transportation or freight is a major plus.

Process and manage accounts payable (carrier payments, vendor invoices)

Handle accounts receivable
, including invoicing customers and collections

Verify rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs for accurate billing

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Work closely with dispatch and operations teams

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

2+ years of AP/AR or bookkeeping experience

Experience in logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage preferred

Proficiency in Quick Books (or similar accounting software)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication skills (especially for collections and vendor coordination)
