Description

Receptionist (Part-Time - Temporary) – Automotive Dealership

Tim Dahle Auto Group is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Temporary Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced dealership environment while providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers, guests, and team members in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and basic correspondence
  • Provide general information about dealership departments, services, and current promotions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
  • Support managers and staff with clerical duties and special projects as needed
  • Ensure all guests feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate department
The Shifts
  • Mon&Wed 1-5
  • Tues 2-8
  • Thurs&Fri 12-4
Availability
  • To cover opening and closing shifts as well as Saturdays.
Temporary
  • Training to start at the end of March
  • 3 months April-June
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems preferred)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required
