Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant/Client Service Specialist based in Murray, UT. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, scheduling & preparing for client appointments, maintaining files, drafting account forms & applications. The role also involves maintaining professional etiquette when interacting with clients in person and by phone, responding to inquiries, and providing information as needed.
