Role DescriptionAt Ram Rock Injury Lawyers, we're looking for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Intake Specialist who will play a vital role in helping new clients start their personal injury claims quickly and confidently. You'll be the first point of contact for new clients, responsible for gathering accurate case details, collecting supporting records, and initiating insurance claims to get the case moving forward.
Your bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills will help ensure every client receives clear, compassionate, and professional service from their very first interaction with our firm.
- Conduct initial intake and sign up new clients:
Speak with potential clients in English and Spanish to gather essential accident and injury details, explain the intake process, and complete necessary documentation for new client sign-ups. - Collect and request records:
Obtain or request police reports, accident reports, and medical records needed to verify case facts and support the client's claim. Follow up with agencies or providers to ensure records are received promptly and accurately documented. - Open insurance claims:
Initiate claims with insurance companies, provide basic claim details, and document claim numbers and adjuster information in the firm's system to ensure timely follow-up by the legal team.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in intake, insurance, or legal support preferred (law firm or personal injury experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and listening skills with empathy for clients in stressful situations
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple new client files
- Reliable and professional, with a strong sense of follow-through and accountability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn case management software quickly
