Overview
POSITION: MASTER TECHNICIAN We are looking for a diagnostic expert who can perform advanced repairs and lead by example in our shop.
Electrical and drivability knowledge is a must. ASE Certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair
- Proficient in diagnostics, electrical systems, and complex repairs
- Able to perform bumper-to-bumper repair and maintenance
- Job stability
: must show at least 3+ years with a previous employer - Must be dependable, professional, and responsible
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- ASE certifications a plus
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Complete bumper-to-bumper repairs and replacements including:
- Engine and transmission diagnostics, repair, and replacements
- Suspension, steering, and brake systems
- Air conditioning service and repair
- Preventive maintenance services
- Assist with quality checks and guide junior technicians
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Uphold shop cleanliness, safety standards, and customer-first mentality
- Job stability

- Must have valid driver’s license
