Overview

Precision Tune Auto Care of Salt Lake City is a family‑owned automotive shop seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, greet customers, and drive sales.

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and develop relationships.
• Coordinate workflow of technicians and manage daily shop operations.
• Recommend and sell tires and repair/maintenance services.
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

• 10+ years sales/operations/management experience, automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Experience in direct repair, diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient computer and phone skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Full‑time position. Base salary starting at $60,000 per year, offset by sales commissions and a weekly profitability bonus for store managers.
