Provide safe and efficient tire and battery service in both the sales and service areas of the department;
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and educate others on tools and resources;
Demonstrate knowledge of tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; utilize POS systems;
Leverage handheld technology to plan for and drive sales and service, responding to safety alerts and product information;
Maintain inventory accuracy and safety/compliance standards; complete paperwork and logs; assist members with purchasing decisions.
