Ivory Homes, Utah's #1 Home builder seeks a detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst at our Salt Lake location. Purchasing Analyst will work closely with our purchasing, accounting, construction, architecture, and design teams.
Purchasing Analyst responsibilities include:
- Estimate base plans and option pricing
- Create job budgets and purchase orders for work in process
- Review trade partner invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy
- Trade partner account reconciliation
- Assist with trade partner relationships and bid management
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills necessary to perform calculations and analyze data
- Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
- Residential estimating experience using Plan Swift or other takeoff software
- Bachelor’s degree (or nearing completion) in construction management or business-related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
