Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business; helping to assign employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment; keeping the team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials; providing clear and comprehensive information to ensure all employees understand food preparation and service for exceptional customer experiences;

supporting the development and growth of team members through orientation, training, and refresher sessions; supervising employee performance and behavior, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining high standards of service; monitoring and reviewing time cards daily to adjust schedules and minimize overtime; enforcing portion control measures per Standard Operating Procedures Manuals; maintaining strict security protocols while checking deliveries for accuracy and quality;

and performing administrative procedures such as handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.

• Ability to speak and read English
