**** The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
** Monitor Product Performance:
Track core metrics such as user growth, retention. Assess product health and identify trends

Deliver User Behavior Insights:
Analyze customer journey data and feedback to uncover user friction points and recommend actionable feature improvements.

Evaluate Feature Experiments:
Partner with product managers and engineers to design features, measure outcomes, and validate feature performance before full rollout.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment:
Assist in development of roadmaps and communicate with design, development, and marketing teams.

Analyze Market Trends:
Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to provide context for feature prioritization and product strategy.

** Perform analysis on product usage, user trends, and drop-off points to find areas to improve.

Execute tests and experiments to see which new features or changes work best.

Support product, engineering, and design teammates with data to guide project decisions.

Coordinate with team members to ensure product data is tracked accurately and consistently.

Prepare simple reports and dashboards that clearly show product performance and key trends.
** Your Skills and Expertise
** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher and (4) four years of project management or similar experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
