Bilingual ONLY
d-7 Roofing is seeking a Production Supervisor. This role will be responsible for operations within the Residential division (Shingle and Metal) including supervision and scheduling of installers, implementation of d-7 Roofing’s strict safety program, direct daily activities on jobsites, troubleshooting, and maintaining project budgets.
Applicants should be team players, hard-working, efficient and always willing to help.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities- Day-to-day supervision of field related construction activities
- Improve productivity and efficiency measures in the field
- Attend pre-con meetings and maintain positive relationships with builder and all jobsite personnel
- Accountable for cost control, efficiency, quality and safety on jobsites
- Analyze and help resolve any problem in operational safety and efficiency
- Bilingual
- Construction experience, roofing preferred
