• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives and follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the dealership's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
