Accounts Receivable Specialist and Customer Support

Job Summary

Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team to meet performance goals

Oversee daily customer service operations across phone, email, chat, and other channels

You will be responsible for all accounts receivable duties to include -

All billing of customers, pricing, entering orders, proper filing, use of Acumatica accounting software (ERP experience needed)

Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Establish and monitor customer service KPIs (CSAT, response time, resolution rate, etc.)

Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve customer experience

Analyze customer feedback and identify trends for process improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction for leadership

Compile documents for ATF compliance

• Basic leadership and ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to safety and standard operating procedures
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems

• GED Minimum
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in mining, explosives manufacturing, or a related industrial environment

• Ability to pass ATF Employee Possessor background check (no felony convictions)
• Must pass DOT drug screening

• Willingness to sign off on all company policies and procedures

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
• Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
