Accent Countertops is looking for a talented and motivated person to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This person will be responsible for overseeing customer's projects from start to finish. This will include data entry, scheduling, customer service, processing job packets, reviewing designs, and willing to learn.

• Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms appointments
• Work with customers via email or telephone
• Responds to inquires and complaints, and coordinates activities with other departments; escalates complaints to supervisor, as required
• Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of project
• Handles quality and services issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
• Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly
• Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s)
• May handle warranty and service issues as they arise
• Review job packets and make necessary updates to clients
• Other duties as assigned

• Willing to train the correct person
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be friendly, detail oriented, and ready and able to learn new systems
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be able to solve problems as they arise
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation, this is not a remote job
