Our Front Desk employees are the "face" of our club. This position is the first to greet our members and is typically the one where our clients direct their questions. This position requires effective, positive communication skills, and an ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly, welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Some computer skills are preferred, although training on our purpose-built software is provided.
Position includes a free club membership and program discounts.
Responsibilities- Opening the club and/or closing the club, answering phones, addressing member questions and concerns, booking courts, receiving payments, and assisting other staff members as necessary.
- Customer service experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable transportation and availability
- Professional appearance; appropriate, but casual dress code
- Ability to work well with others
