We are a close-knit practice that enjoys working together and having fun as a team. Our office is fast-paced and maintains an upbeat, positive environment and we are seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key part in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the smooth daily operations of the practice.

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dental front office experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $16-$22 per hour.
