About this role:
Join Intermountain Medical Center's growing ICUteam as a Critical Care Intensivist. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide care for complex, critically ill patients while supporting advanced critical care therapies at Intermountain Health's flagship qua ternary hospital.
Intermountain Medical Center is a state-of-the-art academic medical center featuring 96 ICU beds across four specialized ICUs, with continued expansion underway.
This role provides an opportunity for a nocturnist intensivist to work in our Shock Trauma ICU and/or Cardiac ICU depending on the interest and background of the applicant. Intermountain Medical Centeris nationally recognized, including a #1 U.S. ranking for myocardial infarction survival and a Three-Star STS rating for cardiac surgery.
In this role, you will:
- Practice at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah
- Work a night schedule of 5:00 PM7:30 AM
- Average 910 shifts per month (approximately 1,680 annual hours)
- Have opportunities to participate in medical teaching
- Potentially to receive protected academic time
How we'll support you:
- Competitive annual base salary of$480,000
- $30,000 starting bonus
- Up to$20,000 relocation assistance

What youll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Internal Medicine or Anesthesia or Emergency Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
