Great Big Game Show hosts are world‑class hospitality experts who anticipate guests’ needs, enthusiastically serve them, and do whatever it takes to make their day. Hosts lead guests through our live game show experiences, introduce each minigame, add commentary, track points, and award winners.

• Embed the company mission, vision, and values during every shift
• Lead groups of 2‑14 guests in friendly conversation
• Collect guest information and make meaningful connections
• Enthusiastically explain GBGS games and products
• Use host software to interact with and adjust the studio environment
• Use UI to operate the game shows
• Give a recap of the experience in the outro
• Ensure operational excellence on shift by:
  • Ensuring studio components function properly
  • Using setup sheets to accurately reset studios
  • Cleansing games and the GBGS facility
  • Maintaining timeliness and excellent time‑management to meet game schedule
  • Restocking inventory
  • Completing necessary reports
  • Using a company iPhone to record exciting moments, create 30‑second highlight videos, and send to guests
• Immediately and graciously resolve service failures
• Ensure each guest has a five‑star experience and leaves happy

• Flexible availability; this role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (including 1 hour of running a game show, max 4‑5 shows per shift)
• Ability to engage in public speaking for extended periods of time (including 1 hour of running a game show, max 4‑5 shows per shift)
• Ability to improvise engaging, professional commentary suitable for guests of all ages
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and memorizing host scripts to deliver high‑quality experiences
• Excellent communication skills when speaking with guests
• Physical capability to handle tasks such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30‑40 lbs, and minor game repairs
• Quickly reset numerous game components within specified time frames outlined in training
• Alignment with GBGS uniform standards
