The Chargeback Analyst at MDAEdge will join the Payment and Risk Operations team to manage chargeback disputes, merchant disputes, reconciliation, and customer communications. You will investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in chargeback or payment card risk management, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel.
