As a Family Placement Panel & Engagement Officer
, you’ll take an active role in coordinating fostering and adoption panels, managing agendas, logistics, statutory checks and communications, while also driving foster carer recruitment through marketing campaigns, events, digital content and community outreach. You’ll work independently and out in the community to raise awareness of fostering and adoption, helping ensure children have the best possible opportunities in life.

This role gives you the chance to use your skills with real purpose, combining organisation, communication and creativity in a way that directly strengthens foster care provision. You’ll shape campaigns, build relationships, create digital content and contribute ideas that influence how the Island understands and engages with fostering.
