Support Worker | Murray Bridge

From Mannum and Monarto to Karoonda, we provide disability services across the Murraylands, supported from our Murray Bridge hub.

Casual positions available rostered over mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts over a 7‑day week, in our Murray Bridge team.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate, personalised support that allows them to thrive and participate actively in their communities.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Advocate for clients’ needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans

• A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) – students welcomed
• A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
• Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
• A positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including passive overnight shifts
