Full-Time Medical Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time, some days are flexible

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to support one of our physiatrists and ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care.

• Accurate documentation of patient information, including medical histories and medications.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Schedule procedures at Murray Surgery Center and Intermountain Medical Center.
• Maintain clean and organized examination rooms.
• Educate patients on medical procedures, home care instructions, and preventive health measures.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems (Advanced MD is a plus, but not required).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
