Education:
Bachelor s degree in health science program. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified. ? Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or Nursing programo Certifications (one of the following):? CCI
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)? CCI-Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)? ARRT
-Radiography (R)? ARRT
- Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV)? ARRT-Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)? BLS Required? ACLS - Required?
** Radiation badge required**? NOT REQUIRED Fluoroscopy Operator Registration

Required
Skills & Experience:
-Two years of Invasive Cardiovascular Technology or Electrophysiology experience (not including academic training or CVIS training).
- Demonstrated proficiency in all CVIS I job duties without supervision.
-Demonstrated expertise in performing complex diagnostic and advanced interventional procedures or demonstrated understanding.
-Proficiency in correlation with years of experience with regards to electrophysiology procedures.
-Maintains at least 20 hours of continuing medical education (CME) credits per year.
-Maintains at least 20 hours continuing medical education credits per year.
