Intermountain Health is seeking a hospital chaplain to provide basic spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers within a multidisciplinary care team. This role emphasizes whole-person care and compassionate presence.
You will document spiritual assessments and interventions in the electronic medical record, participate in rounds, and assist with advance directives and bereavement resources. A relevant CPE unit and endorsement are required within the first 18 months.
