Provide basic patient care on the Surgical Transplant unit as directed by licensed professionals;
Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures for patients;
Report patient care findings to the RN and other team members in a timely manner;
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient safety and unit operations;
May perform health unit coordinator tasks as assigned, such as answering phones and maintaining unit records
