Patient Care Tech CNA G3 Medical Nursing Unit

Intermountain Health -  - Responsibilities:
Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen and clothing changes, hydration, ambulation, and comfort; deliver patient care with excellent customer service;
Report and record patient care findings and data in a timely manner;
Monitor patients, address patient care needs, and collaborate with the patient care team; may perform telemetry duties;
Transport medications from the delivery system to the RN as required on the unit;
May assume health unit coordinator responsibilities including answering phones, transcribing physician orders, and maintaining unit records
