* * Current CNA Certification
* Valid Driver's License
* Reliable Transportation
* Ability and willingness to travel to assigned locations
* Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice experience preferred but not required
* WHAT YOU'LL DO
* As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

* Responsibilities include:

** Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
* Taking and documenting vital signs
* Supporting mobility and safe transfers
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when needed
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
* Communicating effectively with nurses, patients, families, and care teams
* Accurately documenting care provided
* Promoting a positive and patient-centered experience
