- Provide pre- and post-ketamine psychotherapy, including comprehensive preparation, clinical assessment, and therapeutic integration
- Support patients throughout treatment by maintaining a safe, calm, grounding therapeutic environment and collaborating with medical providers
- Facilitate ongoing integration and behavioral health treatment
- Conduct clinical assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, symptom severity assessments, risk screenings, and functional impairment reviews
- Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans, document progress, and adapt care based on patient response
- Deliver evidence-based individual psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed interventions
- Conduct suicide risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting
- Promote patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care through therapeutic rapport and structured follow-up planning
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Utah
- Fully licensed; the company is unable to provide supervision
- Formal training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
- Demonstrated clinical experience treating mental health conditions
- Expertise in delivering CBT, DBT, and/or ACT
- Calm, warm, nonjudgmental presence and ability to sit comfortably with patients during emotionally intense experiences
- Ability to reliably commute to the Murray, UT clinic 2–3 days per week
- Preferred: experience facilitating preparation and integration sessions for psychedelic or interventional therapies
- Preferred: experience with trauma, complex cases, or treatment-resistant conditions
- Preferred: familiarity with TMS, Spravato, or SGB
- Preferred: training or certification in EMDR
Demonstrates expertise in providing pre- and post-ketamine psychotherapy, including conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficient in delivering evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT while maintaining a supportive therapeutic environment.
