Job Overview

Donor Connect is seeking a full-time People and Culture Generalist
. The People & Culture Generalist supports the day-to-day function of the People & Culture department including assisting with P&C processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Generalist provides general P&C support to all employees in the organization. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
Experience Required
  • Minimum of two to three years of relevant HR experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, knowledge of HR processes and understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws, knowledge of HRIS system
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Ability to be well-organized and balance multiple priorities with different deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees
  • Flexible, willingness to assist others
  • Able to work well under stress
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work well independently and prioritize work
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Compensation
