Assisting Hands of Greater Murray is seeking a Hiring Manager to help build and support an exceptional team of caregivers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and makes a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their caregivers. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow alongside our team and contribute to our continued success.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus

Reports to:

Agency Director

• Identify, interview, and hire outstanding candidates
• Onboard new caregivers and ensure all files are within state compliance
• Coordinate schedules and thoughtfully match caregivers to clients based on personality, availability, and skill set
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers to promote engagement and retention
• Support ongoing staffing needs and daily office operations
• Other duties as they may be assigned

• 18 years or older
• Willing and able to commute to the office daily
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
• Well organized, prompt, and communicate effectively
• Previous hiring experience is strongly preferred, but not required

Hours:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
