About the position

PRIME is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the post-beta growth and evolution of its PRIME
360 Customer Portal. This role is central to PRIME's mission of empowering entrepreneurs to build, protect, and scale their businesses. The Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, collaborating closely with product/content design, engineering, marketing, and operations to transform PRIME
360 into a comprehensive ecosystem supporting entrepreneurs at all stages. This is a growth-oriented role focused on driving innovation, modernization, and measurable customer and revenue impact across the digital landscape, rather than a maintenance position.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the post-beta roadmap for PRIME
360, including expanding eligibility to legacy cohorts, driving engagement, and building features to deepen customer relationships.
  • Create and deliver features that encourage customers to return to PRIME’s ecosystem, thereby increasing lifetime value and unlocking recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Develop value-based upsell pathways and integrate PRIME’s suite of services directly into the portal experience.
  • Monitor key metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), churn, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ensure new features deliver measurable impact.
  • Partner with design (Figma) and engineering (Apex/Java backend, React frontend) teams to develop and launch new capabilities that add significant value for clients.
  • Launch new capabilities including a vendor marketplace for affiliate and partner revenue streams, access to legal templates and tools, and a community hub for business owners.
  • Champion data structure and integrity to support smarter growth marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Integrate feedback mechanisms and analytics to continuously inform roadmap priorities.
  • Utilize AI and insight-driven experimentation for rapid iteration and value validation.
  • Collaborate effectively with a high-performing, cross-functional team that values curiosity, open communication, and mutual respect.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership, making decisions, moving quickly, and delivering results.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across departments and customer touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS product management or digital platform environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship products that positively impact engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Strong systems and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfortable managing fast timelines, rapid iteration, and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Figma, Apex/Java, and React environments is a plus.
  • Passion for integrating modern technology, design, and data practices into a company undergoing transformation.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and assorted product, analytics, and collaboration applications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with Figma, Apex/Java, and React environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation - Salary + performance based bonus
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage - Medical, dental, and vision
  • Paid Time Off - Generous PTO, sick days, and paid holidays
  • 401k with Company match (we match up to 4%)
  • Parental Leave - Paid leave for new parents
  • Impact-Driven Culture - Small team, big mission
  • Gym Pass - Company sponsored access to local gyms
