Overview

PRIME is on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to build, protect, and scale their businesses — and our PRIME
360 Customer Portal
is at the heart of that mission. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s eager to take the reins of a platform entering its post-beta growth phase and help shape its next evolution.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Digital Customer Experience
, and partner closely with product/content design, engineering, marketing, and operations to expand PRIME
360 into a full‑fledged ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the post-beta growth and evolution of PRIME’s PRIME
360 Customer Portal, a core platform supporting PRIME’s mission to empower entrepreneurs to build, protect, and scale their businesses. This role owns the product roadmap and partners closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to expand PRIME
360 into a full‑fledged ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

This is not a maintenance role; this position is accountable for driving innovation, modernization, and measurable customer and revenue impact across the digital ecosystem.

Product Strategy & Growth
  • Lead the post-beta roadmap for PRIME
360 — expanding eligibility to legacy cohorts, driving engagement, and building features that deepen customer relationships.
  • Create and deliver features that bring customers back into PRIME’s ecosystem
, increasing lifetime value and unlocking recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Develop value‑based upsell pathways and integrate PRIME’s suite of services directly into the portal experience.
  • Monitor MAU, churn, CSAT, and NPS to ensure every new feature drives measurable impact.
Experience Design & Platform Expansion
  • Partner with design (Figma) and engineering (Apex/Java backend, React frontend) teams to bring your ideas to life — balancing usability, scalability, and delight.
  • Launch new capabilities that add real value for our clients, including:
    • A vendor marketplace to open affiliate and partner revenue streams.
    • Access to legal templates, tools, and other practical resources.
    • A community hub where business owners can connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Data-Driven Enablement
  • Champion data structure and integrity to empower smarter growth marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Integrate feedback mechanisms and analytics to continuously inform roadmap priorities.
  • Use AI and insight‑driven experimentation to iterate fast and validate value.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with a high‑performing, cross‑functional team that values curiosity, open communication, and mutual respect.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership — you’ll be trusted to make decisions, move quickly, and deliver results.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across departments and customer touchpoints.
Requirements

Minimum Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (required)
Minimum Experience Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS product management or digital platform environments
  • Demonstrated ability to ship products that move the needle on engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Strong systems and strategic thinking, with a knack for connecting data to business outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Comfortable managing fast timelines, rapid iteration, and balancing multiple priorities
  • Experience with Figma, Apex/Java, and React environments is a plus
  • Passion for bringing modern technology, design, and data practices into a company poised for transformation
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and assorted product, analytics, and collaboration applications
