Compensation:
Starting at $60,000+ DOE with Bonus Opportunity
An established and growing boutique law firm specializing exclusively in plaintiff‑side medical negligence is seeking a full‑time Litigation Paralegal to join the team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high‑level cases in a collaborative, trial‑focused environment without billable hour pressure.

This is a 100% in‑person position. Remote work is not available.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of medical malpractice matters under attorney supervision
- Prepare, draft, file, and e‑file legal documents including:
- Notices of Intent
- Complaints
- Discovery (Requests for Production, Interrogatories, Requests for Admission)
- Initial and Supplemental Disclosures
- Expert Disclosures
- Dispositive Motions
- Jury Instructions
- Motions, memoranda, and correspondence
- Maintain and update litigation calendars, ensuring strict adherence to all deadlines
- Communicate regularly and professionally with clients
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist attorneys with litigation strategy and trial preparation as directed
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law
- Litigation experience required
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor with excellent client relations skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
- Team‑oriented, dependable, and accountable
- Reliable transportation required
- Spanish speaking is a plus
