We serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and large corporations. Our legal expertise encompasses representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of litigation matters.

• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm environment
• A paralegal certificate, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Commercial and/or business transactions
• LLC and Corporation registrations
• EIN acquisition, dissolutions, and conversions
• Drafting schedules and closing documents
• Familiarity with the division of corporations & commercial code website
• Acquisition and divestiture processes
