Warehouse Assistant Needed

At Boulder Bag we make high quality tool belts and accessories for electricians/carpenters/framers. This is a sewing manufacturing environment.

Our Warehouse Assistant will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping our products, ensuring inventory accuracy with sales orders, involving physical tasks like lifting, maintaining organization, and updating records.

Key responsibilities include pulling/packing inventory for orders, sorting stock, quality checks, using shipping software, and collaborating with production manager to meet shipping schedules. REQUIRES attention to detail, physical stamina (lifting up to 25lbs/standing 6-8 hours), and reliability. We mainly ship UPS, USPS and Fed Ex all small parcels (under 150lbs). This position has some flexibility for hours needed, but focus primarily on 8a-5p Mon-Fri Spanish is a plus, but not required.

We also have a part time position for the same job available as well.

Key Requirements:

Receiving & Storing:
Unpack, sort, label, and put away incoming stock in designated locations.

Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup, ensuring accuracy.

Inventory Management:
Conduct stock counts when needed, and update count sheets,

Housekeeping:
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Attention to Detail:
Must be able to read, and understand part numbers and learn the difference in the product designs. We will teach/guide you to get familiar with our designs.
